Hours: 45 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of construction and improvement works at East Hyde Sewage Treatment Works. This is an opportunity to provide senior leadership across multiple live assets and projects within a highly regulated wastewater environment, ensuring that works are delivered without compromising treatment operations, environmental compliance, or public safety.

At Kier, we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone is empowered to achieve their career goals. Our people are at the heart of our business, using their skills and creativity to provide solutions and services to our clients and customers. We're only able to deliver our business goals because of the commitment and talent of our people working together to a common purpose.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Ensuring all works are delivered in full compliance with environmental permits, consents, and regulatory requirements whilst protecting live assets
  • Building trusted relationships with clients, site operations teams, regulators, and alliance partners through honest communication and delivery against commitments
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a multi-disciplinary management team whilst fostering an inclusive and respectful working environment

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Delivery Manager is great for you if:

  • You have extensive senior management experience within wastewater, utilities, or complex infrastructure construction
  • You have a proven track record of delivering works in live operational environments
  • You can demonstrate a commitment to safety leadership, behavioural safety, and positive site culture
  • You have experience working under NEC contracts and regulated client frameworks
