We're looking for an Administrator to join our Kier Mechanical & Electrical team in our Basingstoke office.

Location: Basingstoke
Hours: Some flexibility on hours and hybrid working available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We're looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support our teams in delivering exceptional project outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly whilst building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and visitors.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering efficient administration services across the region. Your day to day will include:

  • Managing office administration and being the welcoming first point of contact for all visitors
  • Working closely with a number of the Senior Leadership Team which can include diary management, project based admin, onboarding new starters.
  • Ordering and managing welfare consumables, stationery, and PPE supplies
  • Supporting document control through KC9 filing structures and general administrative tasks
  • Assisting with social value initiatives, and project reporting
