We're looking for an Administrator to join our team based at Berrywood Hospital.

Location: Berrywood Hospital, Northampton - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 25 hours per week

Join our team at Berrywood Hospital as an Administrator, where you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our facilities management services. This varied position offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas, from financial administration to health and safety compliance, making a real difference to our team and the people we serve.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator, you'll be working within the facilities management team, supporting them in delivering high-quality services. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing the helpdesk system for reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring all records are kept up to date
  • Handling financial administration including raising invoices, orders, and running reports for the management team
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes to support effective communication
  • Maintaining essential records such as training matrices, DBS checks, and work equipment registers
  • Supporting timekeeping processes and managing uniform and PPE ordering to ensure the team has what they need
