We're looking for an Administrator to join our team based in Keppel House, St Neots.

Location: Keppel House, St Neots – Site based 5 days per week
Hours: Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

The Administrator plays a key role in project administration, supporting the Senior Office Manager and other team members. You'll be at the heart of our operations, helping to ensure smooth project delivery through accurate administrative support and effective coordination across teams.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator, you'll be working within the project administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient administrative services. Your day to day will include:

  • Processing materials, overheads and plant orders whilst maintaining compliance with client procurement processes
  • Resolving invoice holds and liaising with site teams to ensure smooth payment processes
  • Managing weekly and monthly payroll for project staff
  • Conducting internal cost control checks and making necessary amendments
  • Supporting with ad-hoc payment requests and other duties as required

This role of Administrator is ideal if you:

  • Have experience providing high-quality administrative support in a busy office environment
  • Feel confident using Microsoft Office and other business systems, including accounting software
  • Can manage competing priorities and work accurately, even when deadlines are tight
  • Enjoy building positive relationships and collaborating with colleagues across a team
  • Take a well-organised, detail-focused approach and pride yourself on delivering excellent results
