Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources Team working on our Southern Water framework. 

Location: Working from home and offices at either Falmer or Chatham
Contract: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part-time hours may be available if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities

As a Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Natural Resources team assisting them in managing the commercial aspects of our Southern Water Framework, where work will consist of water and wastewater non-infrastructure projects.
 

Your day to day will include:

• Carrying out site measurements to assess accuracy of applications from sub contractors
• Managing applications for payment from sub contractors and preparation of applications for payment to clients.
• Assisting in gathering and collating accurate information for the creating on CVR reports
• Gathering and collating information for preparation of final account

What are we looking for?

This role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

• You hold a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
• Experience working with complex civil projects with NEC contract experience.
