Bid Coordinator

We're looking for a Bid Co Ordinator to join our Kier Places team based in Sheffield.

 

Location: Sheffield
Hours: 40 hours per week 

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Bid Co Ordinator, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in managing the flow of information during the pre-tender and tender process.

Your day to day will include:

  • Managing the flow of pre-tender and tender stage information for all bids
  • Working closely with bid teams to ensure information flows efficiently
  • Coordinating internal and external communication and liaising with IT regarding system maintenance
  • Maintaining records of tender queries and client responses
  • Supporting the Bid Team with ad hoc or project-based administration

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Bid Co Ordinator is great for you if:

  • You have previous administrative experience (bidding process preferred)
  • You are IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe programs such as InDesign
  • You possess strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • You can work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • You are enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
