This is an exciting opportunity to join our Residential Solutions team working on the Grand Union Place project, a refurbishment scheme forming part of our 15-year framework with L&Q. - Managing design programmes, scopes, and responsibility matrices whilst coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
- Chairing design meetings, reviewing technical documentation, and ensuring contract compliance
- Building strong relationships with clients, acting as the focal point for design, commercial, and programme matters
- Assessing and managing design-related risks whilst ensuring adherence to health and safety legislation and sustainable building standards
- Supporting the production of scopes of works and work packages, maintaining comprehensive project records
What are we looking for?
This role of Design Manager is great for you if:

- You have pre-construction experience on projects up to £20m and a proven track record of successful multi-project delivery
- You excel at clear communication across diverse teams and can manage your time effectively whilst working under pressure
- You're passionate about design-led activities and bring enthusiasm to collaborate within close-knit teams
- You hold a Full driving licence and CSCS card
