DMS Administrator
We are seeking a DMS Administrator to join the dynamic ‘delivery management system' Team at Hinkley Point C Construction Site, part of The KierBAM Joint Venture in HPC, Somerset.
Location: Somerset, Bridgwater - hybrid working is available for this role.
Contract: Full time - Permanent - flexible start and end working times can be discussed
Responsibilities
As a DMS Administrator, you'll manage day to day tasks which are allocated vis the DMS and VMS systems to ensure we meet the demands of our delivery team and keep the works going without delay.
Your day to day will include:
- Check DMS inbox
- Prioritise delivery requests for onsite and offsite deliveries.
- Book offsite deliveries using the clients DMS system ensuring all checks are completed and information is sent to suppliers and Kierbam booking managers.
- Liaise with logistics to ensure deliveries can be escorted and received.
- Ensure magenta booking are completed and reported on.

- You have good knowledge of Excel or Microsoft Office product suite
