Document Controller - Leeds - 40 hours per week - Hybrid

We're looking for a Document Controller to join our team based in Thorpe Park, Leeds.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

As a Document Controller, you'll play a vital role in managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring all records are properly stored, accessible, and compliant with industry regulations. This position is essential in supporting efficient document flow across teams and helping project delivery run smoothly.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Document Controller, you'll be working within the project team, supporting them in delivering successful outcomes through effective document management. Your day to day will include:

  • Maintaining and organising project documentation with accurate version control
  • Uploading, distributing, and tracking documents using document management systems
  • Ensuring compliance with document control procedures and industry regulations
  • Monitoring document submissions, approvals, and distribution to stakeholders
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity and security

What are we looking for?

This role of Document Controller is great for you if:

  • You have experience in document control within a related industry
  • You're proficient in document management systems and Microsoft Office
  • You have an understanding of document control procedures and ISO standards
  • You possess strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and building effective relationships across teams
