The Engineering Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all engineering activities within the Project. This position provides technical direction, ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations, and leads engineering teams in the planning, design, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects. • Providing technical leadership and oversight for civil engineering projects from concept through completion,
  • Establishing and enforcing engineering standards, best practices, and quality control procedures,
  • Managing delivery of contractor and temporary works design, reviewing and approving designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations,
  • Guiding, mentoring, and developing project engineers and technical staff,
  • Identifying technical risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

What are we looking for?

This role of Engineering Manager is great for you if:

  • You have relevant experience in civil engineering, including leadership roles, with proven experience managing large-scale or complex infrastructure projects,
  • You possess strong knowledge of civil design standards and construction methods, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills,
  • You can balance technical excellence with business and operational objectives, whilst acting collaboratively with clients and stakeholders,
  • You hold a CSCS Card and are committed to delivering safely and ethically.

Would you like to work with a dedicated and friendly team? Then we would like to hear from you!
