Estimator

We're looking for an Estimator to join our Building Solutions South team based in London.

Location: London
Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired

What will you be responsible for?

As an Estimator, you'll be working within the Building Solutions South team, supporting them in delivering accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of construction and refurbishment projects.

Your day to day will include:

• Producing estimates from BQs, drawings, and specifications
• Developing subcontract trade package enquiries and analysing supply chain input
• Providing early-stage project cost plans and value engineering options
• Managing tender stage cost controls and risk assessments
• Collaborating with client teams and internal stakeholders

What are we looking for?

This role of Estimator is great for you if:

• You have experience communicating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients
• You are confident working independently and managing your time
• You hold industry-recognised construction qualifications and have previous estimating experience
