- Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the tender process
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms
- Supporting value engineering initiatives and collaborating with design, planning, and commercial teams
- Participating in project handovers to ensure smooth transition to delivery teams
What are we looking for?
This role of Estimator is great for you if:
- You have experience working with a Main Contractor, ideally Tier 2 or above

- You have a conscientious working approach with excellent attention to detail
- You enjoy building collaborative relationships and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders
- You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
