Location: Remote with occasional travel to Basingstoke

Hours: 40 hours per week – flexible start/end times available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?

As an Estimator, you'll be working within the Kier Facilities Management team, supporting them in delivering competitive and commercially sound bids for long-term, multi-million-pound Hard FM contracts.

Your day to day will include:

  • Completing client and internal cost models and preparing internal governance documents
  • Ensuring pricing models are accurate, aligned, and clearly communicated with a focus on commercial competitiveness

What are we looking for?

This role of Estimator is great for you if:

  • You have a strong background in Hard FM pricing and experience with complex cost modelling
  • You possess excellent Excel skills and a solid understanding of SFG20
  • You are commercially focused, collaborative, and able to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines

We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
