Whether you're an Assistant Design Manager looking to take the next step in your career or an experienced Senior Design Manager seeking to lead the delivery of major schemes, we'd love to hear from you.

Our Eastern region has a strong pipeline of work across the education, healthcare, defence, science & technology, commercial and public sectors. We are delivering and pursuing some of the region's most significant projects, including major schemes valued at £100m+, alongside a healthy programme of regional projects typically ranging from £30m to £60m.

These opportunities will support projects from tender through to completion, helping to drive design excellence and ensure successful project delivery across a diverse range of sectors and clients.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from individuals who can demonstrate:

• Experience managing the design process within a main contractor, consultancy or design-led environment.
• A strong understanding of construction methodologies and technical delivery.
• The ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative approach focused on delivering quality, innovation and value for our clients.
