Finance Business Partner
Location: Glasgow - On site at Germiston 4 days per week
Hours: Full Time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be working within the HMP Glasgow team, supporting them in delivering robust financial reporting and controls for this £750m strategic project.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing financial reporting and governance for the HMP Glasgow project
- Managing cash flow, cost control, and finance-based risks
- Driving solutions to add value and maximise opportunities through to completion
- Developing strong relationships with clients and supply chain to support cash management
- Preparing cash flow forecasts, budgets, and group reporting packs
What are we looking for?
This role of Finance Business Partner is great for you if:
- You are a fully qualified accountant with at least 5 years post-qualification experience
- You have experience in the construction industry
- You are technically capable and commercially aware
- You can produce high-quality management information and influence operational teams
- You have strong systems skills (Oracle experience is a plus)
