Graduate Quantity Surveyor 2027

We're looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in the Northampton region. 

Location: Rushden, Northampton
Hours: 40 hours per week
Starting Salary: £31,000 per annum + Car Allowance (on some contracts)
Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k
Start: Septemebr 2027

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you'll assist in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop a strong foundation in quantity surveying. You'll be supported to grow your career in an environment where your development truly matters.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering successful projects. 

Your day to day will include:

• Assisting in maximising gross profit for projects
• Managing commercial resources of the project
• Assessing, reviewing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks
• Helping prepare and submit tenders and contract documents
• Collaborating with the project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements

• You hold a degree in Quantity Surveying

• You hold a full UK driving licence
