Graduate Site Manager 2027

We're looking for a  Construction Management Graduate to join our team based in the Basingstoke region. 

Location: Basingstoke
Hours: 40 hours per week
Starting Salary: £31,000 per annum + Car Allowance (on some contracts)
Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k
Starting date: September 2027

As a Graduate Construction Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects, ensuring they're delivered on time and to the highest quality. What will you be responsible for?

As a Graduate Construction Manager, you'll be working within the construction team, supporting them in delivering successful construction projects.

Your day to day will include:

• Assisting in the overall management and coordination of construction projects from start to finish
• Supporting the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitoring project progress, including schedules, costs, and quality control measures
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution
• Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, safety logs, and material deliveries

• You hold a degree in Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline

• You work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating collaboration, reliability, and respect for others
• You hold a full driving licence
