Health & Safety Graduate

We're looking for a Health and Safety Graduate to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Network based in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on our structured graduate development programme. These programmes have been designed to provide you with the experiences and tools needed for progression within your chosen career.  

Location: Based out of London

Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum  

Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k  

Starting date: September 2026

What you will beresponsible for?  

As a Health and Safety Graduate, you'll be working assisting in supporting the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures within the organisation. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop a strong foundation in quantity surveying.   

What will your day-to-day duties include?  

  • Assist in conducting risk assessments and identifying potential hazards in the workplace.
  • Support the development and implementation of health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Undertaking health and safety advisory visits, inspections and audits where required for operational sites.
  • Help with the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and assist in preparing reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, and provide guidance to staff on safety practices

What are we looking for?  

We're looking for people due to graduate in 2026, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Health and Safety or a related field.  

The role of Graduate Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:   

  • Degree in Health and Safety or a related field.  
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.   
  • Good communication skills written and verbal   
  • Ideally hold a full UK driving licence
