  • Coordinating and managing employee relations and industrial relations activity, maintaining positive working relationships
  • Using data, metrics and evidence to inform change, drive decision making and resolve complex problems
  • Working collaboratively with resourcing partners and managers to develop hiring strategies and drive continuous improvements
  • Supporting emerging talent career programmes and championing equality, diversity and inclusion throughout the business

What are we looking for?

This role of HR Business Partner is great for you if:

  • You have well-developed employee engagement and employee relations skills, with experience in change management
  • You possess strong relationship skills and can build influential relationships with senior stakeholders
  • You have up to date knowledge of employment legislation and a strong commercial awareness
  • You're delivery focused and pragmatic, able to flex solutions to meet diverse business needs

We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
