Information Coordinator
We're looking for an Information Coordinator to join our information management team based in Leeds.
Location: Leeds
Hours: 37.5 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our information management function, where you'll play a key role in adopting information management processes across projects. You'll ensure compliance with industry and Kier standards, focusing on ISO 19650, whilst helping to deliver against client requirements. With over 30 industry professionals around you, you'll have the support to develop your career and make a real impact.
What will you be responsible for?
As an Information Coordinator, you'll be working within the information management team, supporting them in delivering compliance with ISO 19650 and the Building Safety Act. Your day to day will include:
- Supporting the management of the CDE throughout the project lifecycle in line with Kier procedures and ISO 19650 standards
- Managing and hosting training sessions for new users of the project CDE, either in groups or on an individual basis
- Acting as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including client teams, designers, and subcontractors
- Validating, checking, and curating all incoming and outgoing project documentation including receipt, classification, and distribution
- Configuring and preparing status reports on workflows and other reportable data to inform digital dashboards
What are we looking for?
This role of Information Coordinator is great for you if:
- You have diverse and clear communication skills with experience of working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- You have experience working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources
- You're competent with EDMS such as Asite, Viewpoint, or 4Projects
- You're proficient with Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- You're a critical thinker with diligent attention to detail and the ability and willingness to train and support others
