IT Business Partner
We're looking for an IT Business Partner to join our Kier IT team.
Location: Flexible - National role - hybrid working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 37½ hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As an IT Business Partner, you'll be the vital connection between our IT department and Kier Group Functions, ensuring technology solutions effectively support business goals. You'll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, providing expert guidance and fostering positive relationships that drive innovation and efficiency.
What will you be responsible for?
As an IT Business Partner, you'll be working within the Kier IT team, supporting them in delivering effective IT solutions that meet the needs of Group Functions. Your day to day will include:
- Building and nurturing relationships between IT and Group Functions, attending management meetings to share updates and gather requirements
- Advising and guiding on IT matters, implementing best practices and ensuring business needs are fully supported
- Collaborating with stakeholders to document business requirements and deliver appropriate technology solutions
- Managing service costs and conducting regular reviews to communicate performance to stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to standardise approaches and share best practices across the business
