Location: National role (Office & Site based as required to support projects UK-wide)
Hours: Full Time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

As Quality & Assurance Manager (MEP), you'll play a key role in shaping and continuously improving our digital quality systems, processes and standards across all Kier Mechanical & Electrical projects. You'll define best practice, support project teams in delivering excellence, and create a consistent, data-driven approach to MEP quality management. Working closely with delivery teams and supply chain partners, you'll ensure quality processes are understood, followed and digitally reported, while contributing to business-wide improvements through knowledge sharing and collaborative learning.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Quality & Assurance Manager (MEP), you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering high-quality MEP installations across diverse projects. Your day to day will include:

  • Owning and maintaining the MEP quality management system, ensuring consistent adoption of quality processes across all projects
  • Leading the development and continuous improvement of digital quality tools such as Procore, building workflows for inspections, checklists and compliance documentation
  • Managing quality-related data environments including dashboards, reporting feeds and KPI structures to identify trends and drive improvement
  • Providing central validation of installer competency processes and ensuring supply chain partners meet certification and training requirements
  • Supporting project teams in deploying ITPs, ATPs and quality inspections, providing governance, oversight and coaching on quality management

What are we looking for?

This role of Quality & Assurance Manager (MEP) is great for you if:

  • You have in-depth experience with ITPs, ATPs, inspections and testing on large UK construction projects
  • You have experience with Procore or similar digital quality management systems
  • You possess strong IT literacy including Excel and Power BI, with the ability to interpret and report on quality data
  • You have a strong understanding of MEP systems, standards, codes and regulations
  • You demonstrate excellent communication, reporting and influencing skills with a proactive, improvement-driven mindset

We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
