Personal Assistant

We're looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Strategic Project's business at Kier Group.

 

Location: Flexible. Occasional travel will be required

Hours: Full Time, Permanent. Flexible working available

What will you be responsible for?

As a Personal Assistant, supporting our Strategic Projects Senior Leadership Team (SLT) within Constriction, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Proactively managing scheduling for your SLT (6 directors), including inbox and diary management, travel arrangements, expenses, and other company logistics.
  • Supporting with organisation of key events for your business unit, e.g. roadshows and SLT events.
  • Supporting with co-ordination and collation of SLT meeting packs and agendas.
  • Acting as a first point of contact in the team for queries, fielding them to the relevant SLT member as appropriate.
  • Coordinating starters and leavers in the team, including ordering equipment and updating distribution lists.

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Personal Assistant is great for you if you have:

  • Previous experience within a PA/EA role and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of supporting leadership and fast-paced teams.
  • An ability to influence and communicate effectively across a range of audiences internally and externally.
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative and solve problems – taking accountability for resolution and working without direction.
  • IT literacy in the use of Office 365: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • An ability to manage confidential information and maintain high levels of professionalism.
  • You will be approachable with a natural humility, who enjoys team collaboration and moving solutions into action.
