Planner
We're looking for a Planner to join our Build Team based in London.
Location: Central London - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: Full Time, Permanent - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
As a Planner within our Build Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our construction projects run smoothly and efficiently. You'll collaborate with both Construction Delivery and Pre-Construction Teams, providing valuable planning expertise while maintaining oversight of complex projects to ensure plans are created and updated in alignment with project requirements.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Planner, you'll be working within the Construction Delivery team, supporting them in delivering projects efficiently and on schedule. Your day to day will include:
- Creating and maintaining detailed construction programmes using specialist software
- Conducting regular site visits to provide planning support and guidance
- Gathering and analysing progress information to identify potential concerns
- Offering expert planning advice across multiple projects
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless project delivery
What are we looking for?
This role of Planner is great for you if:
- You have construction planning experience within a contractor environment
- You're skilled in using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project software
- You enjoy collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders and colleagues
- You're organised and can effectively manage your schedule across multiple projects
- You're enthusiastic about developing your career in a supportive Tier 1 environment
