Planner

We're looking for a Planner to join our United Utilities Framework based in Warrington.

Location: Warrington
Hours: 45 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Planner, where you'll be responsible for managing planning and programmes at contract or bid level. You'll play a vital role in ensuring project requirements are aligned whilst managing programmes of works and sections of complex projects.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Planner, you'll be working within the planning team, supporting them in delivering robust programmes that align with requirements and compliance regulations. Your day to day will include:

• Managing contract or tender programmes to ensure they are robust and compliant
• Monitoring projects to identify trends and discussing these with operational leads
• Creating programmes of works and collaborating with operational delivery teams
• Identifying contract or tender risks and opportunities, and communicating these effectively
• Reviewing planning processes on site to ensure alignment with Kier's planning standards

What are we looking for?

This role of Planner is great for you if:

• You have experience contributing to the planning function for a project or bid
• You're analytical with excellent attention to detail and a logical approach
• You have the ability to communicate effectively across a range of audiences
• You have experience in planning works through Gantt charts, logistics diagrams and other planning techniques
• You possess strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
