Project Coordinator
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Anglian Water IOS framework team based in Norwich
Location: Norwich, Norfolk - office working for the majority of the week
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours, just let us know if desired

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team supporting the pre-construction phase of projects across the Anglian Water region. You'll play a vital role in managing document control, assisting with tender processes, and coordinating between key stakeholders.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Coordinator, you'll be supporting the team in the pre-construction phase.
Your day to day will include:
- Creating and maintaining document folder structures for each project and uploading project documentation
- Assisting the pre-construction team with tender strategies and checking tender submissions against project deliverables
- Managing the meeting structure for the pre-construction team, including project reviews and client liaison
- Ensuring necessary project documentation is complete for smooth handover to the construction phase
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Coordinator is great for you if you hold:
- Experience working within a construction environment in an administrative function
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Full driving licence
