Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our South West Contracts team based in the South West.

Location: South West

Hours: 40 hours per week 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the South West Contracts team, supporting them in delivering construction and refurbishment projects across government buildings.

Your day to day will include:

• Leading and managing multiple construction and refurbishment projects from tender through to completion
• Overseeing health and safety management systems and ensuring CDM compliance
• Managing project teams and subcontractors to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Ensuring effective financial delivery and cost control of projects
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle

What are we looking for?

This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

• You have extensive experience delivering varied projects, ideally within government or commercial sectors
• You hold SMSTS or equivalent with people management skills  
• You are a strong communicator with excellent IT and report writing skills, and are comfortable managing site-based teams
