We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Kier Workplace Solutions team based in Wiltshire / South West.

Location: Wiltshire / South West - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00) - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Kier Places / Workplace Solutions business in the South West Region. You'll be delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sites and clients, managing works of varying size and complexity within live operational environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on interesting and varied projects whilst building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. We're also open to candidates with a strong Facilities Management background, particularly those with experience in delivering minor works and lifecycle projects.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Workplace Solutions team, supporting them in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality projects across the South West Region. Your day to day will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project delivery
  • Leading on Health & Safety as the top priority, ensuring full compliance with Kier standards and best practice across all works
  • Managing subcontractors and site teams, overseeing quality assurance, audits, and compliance with contractual requirements
  • Maintaining robust commercial control to deliver projects within agreed budgets, meeting programme deadlines and SLA requirements
  • Providing accurate project reporting and maintaining comprehensive project records in line with governance requirements

What are we looking for?

This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

  • You hold SMSTS / CSCS / IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) and have a strong understanding of site-based safety requirements and CDM Regulations
  • You have excellent communication skills and can engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and teams at all levels
  • You're confident with IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office, to support reporting and project tracking
  • You hold a Full driving licence and are willing to travel across the UK to support project delivery
  • You're highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, responding dynamically to changing requirements
