Resident Liaison Officer

We're looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Kier Places team based in London.

Location: London

Hours: 40 hours per week

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll play a vital role in our fire safety remediation and recladding projects, serving as the key connection between our team and the residents affected by our work. You'll create a supportive environment for residents while ensuring project milestones are met smoothly and efficiently.

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll be working within the operations/delivery team, supporting them in ensuring effective communication during fire safety projects. Your day to day will include:

  • Building trusted relationships with residents, serving as their first point of contact for queries and concerns
  • Coordinating with project teams to align resident engagement with project schedules
  • Keeping residents informed about upcoming works and safety protocols
  • Managing access arrangements and ensuring resident safety throughout the project
  • Maintaining detailed records and producing reports on resident interactions

What are we looking for?

This role of Resident Liaison Officer is great for you if:

  • You have experience in a similar customer-focused role in housing or construction
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You're organised and can manage your own workload while adapting to changing priorities
  • You're comfortable using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • You have a supportive and caring approach to helping others through potentially stressful situations
