Senior Digital Construction Coordinator
We're looking for a Senior Digital Construction Co-ordinator to join our Construction team based in Waterbeach, Cambridge
Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge with flexible hybrid working available
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our Digital Construction function, where you'll play a vital role in enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to completion. Working within a supportive team, you'll help drive our Digital by Default approach, ensuring compliance with industry standards whilst supporting project teams to deliver right first time, every time.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Digital Construction Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the Digital Construction team, supporting them in delivering innovative digital solutions across construction projects. Your day to day will include:
- Providing ongoing user support and training for all project stakeholders, ensuring they can effectively use digital tools and technologies
- Ensuring BIM Execution Plans are observed and delivered against, maintaining compliance with ISO 19650 standards
- Supporting the setup and use of common data environments, working closely with information management teams
- Contributing to monthly reports to measure digital implementation and maturity across business units and projects
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and supply chain partners to facilitate strategic initiatives
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Digital Construction Co-ordinator is great for you if:
- You're an excellent communicator who can build positive working relationships both internally and with the supply chain
- You have a good understanding of ISO 19650 standards and openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie
- You're enthusiastic about using new technologies to improve traditional ways of working and enjoy sharing innovative ideas
- You have experience with software tools to view and interrogate models, along with strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
- You're willing to support and mentor others, managing your own workload whilst helping your team succeed
