What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you'll be working within the KME team, supporting them in delivering compliant, efficient electrical engineering solutions. Your day to day will include:

  • Ensuring all works are procured, planned and carried out safely in accordance with Kier standards and UK law
  • Reviewing designs with design teams and clients to optimise construction for efficiency and compliance
  • Managing change control processes and implementing quality control procedures
  • Providing leadership and guidance to project team members, setting clear expectations and maximising performance
  • Contributing to the identification of project risks and opportunities, taking responsibility for mitigation within your area of control

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Electrical Project Engineer is great for you if:

  • You are technically astute in Electrical Services and safety, holding a relevant industry accredited qualification
  • You hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimum
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with diverse teams
  • You can manage budgets and make sound decisions based on clear criteria and facts
  • You're committed to creating an inclusive workplace and promoting wellbeing within your team

We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
