  • Working collaboratively with bid managers, planners, design managers, and delivery teams to develop innovative solutions
  • Identifying risks and opportunities whilst considering site safety, health, quality and environmental issues
  • Co-ordinating and liaising with suppliers and specialist sub-contractors, including technical assessment of quotations
  • Compiling final submission documentation and ensuring all tenders meet commercial requirements whilst delivering to quality standards and meeting deadlines

  • You have a proven track record of successfully delivering tenders and pricing of varying size and complexity
  • You can manage a portfolio of projects in a framework environment with excellent organisational and planning skills
  • You're able to work within integrated teams and interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • You have experience of the pre-construction phase of projects and can quickly identify risks and opportunities
  • You're competent in using various IT packages including estimating software and have experience working on construction projects

We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
