- Leading assigned projects from second stage tender through to delivery, overseeing site teams to manage performance against programme and budget
- Selecting and leading project teams, managing multi-discipline teams to deliver against client expectations
- Ongoing management of project budgets and timely, accurate reporting on progress to clients and stakeholders
- Identifying solutions to technical and logistical challenges that arise on projects
- Taking overall responsibility for implementation of Kier's health and safety policies, ensuring compliance across all teams
What are we looking for?

- You have demonstrable experience of managing project budgets and programmes effectively
- You possess strong communication skills with the ability to collate and produce reports for leadership
- You have expert knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions
- You hold a relevant construction qualification at degree level or equivalent, and membership with a relevant professional body such as CIOB or ICE
We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
