- Advising on the practical implementation of CDM, Safe Systems of Work, Construction Phase Plans, Environmental Management Plans and wellbeing strategies
- Promoting and assisting in the delivery of the Kier Behavioural Safety Programme
- Compiling accident reports for reportable incidents and providing recommendations to prevent reoccurrence
- Maintaining Kier Group SHE policies and procedures as directed by the Senior HS&W Manager
What are we looking for?

- You possess excellent communication skills and feel confident presenting in forums and meetings
- You're comfortable working independently and collaboratively within an established team
- You take a proactive approach to resolving issues and finding effective, practical solutions
- You're fully conversant with current IT applications and have an understanding of digitalisation
We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
