We're looking for a Site Administrator to join our Construction team based in West Cornwall.

Location: West Cornwall
Hours: 8.00am – 16.30 - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Administrator, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in providing an efficient administration service on site. Your day to day will include:

  • Managing site administration including visitor processes, notice boards, and filing structures
  • Ordering and maintaining welfare consumables, stationery, PPE, and printer supplies
  • Supporting the Biosite system, managing inductions and competency records
  • Maintaining records in line with GDPR, including site inductions, compliance paperwork, and environmental data
  • Assisting with project meetings, minute taking, and generating internal and external site reports

  • You're self-motivated and self-organised with excellent multi-tasking abilities
  • You're flexible and able to meet deadlines whilst working well under pressure

  • You communicate clearly and professionally, promoting respectful relations within the project team
