Site Manager
We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Anglian Water region team based in Norwich or Ipswich.
Location: Norwich or Ipswich
Hours: Full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

The Site Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of infrastructure projects from inception through to completion. You'll be leading delivery teams and working collaboratively to ensure projects are delivered to specification, on time and within budget, while meeting all safety, environmental, quality and regulatory requirements.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the delivery team, supporting them in delivering infrastructure projects across the region. Your day to day will include:
- Leading supervisors, delivery teams and subcontractors to create a collaborative One Team culture
- Planning and managing site activity to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
- Promoting a Safer Every Day culture and maintaining full compliance with safety, health, environment and quality requirements
- Monitoring progress, cost and risks, working with colleagues to manage project change and resolve issues
- Building effective relationships with clients, operational teams and suppliers, providing clear updates on delivery
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager is great for you if:
- You hold SMSTS qualification and a relevant management CSCS card
- You have NRSWA Supervisor qualification
- You have demonstrable experience managing construction sites, direct labour and subcontractors
- You're a confident communicator with strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- You're resilient, self-motivated and able to manage programmes, budgets and competing priorities
