Summer Placement - Quantity Surveyor 2027

We're looking for a Summer Placement Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in the Birmingham region. 

Location: Birmingham
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
Salary: £27,976 pro rata
Start: September 2027

What will you be responsible for?

As a Summer Placement Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the project team, supporting them in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.

Your day to day will include:

• Assisting in maximising gross profit for projects
• Managing commercial resources of the project
• Assessing, reviewing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks
• Helping prepare and submit tenders and contract documents
• Collaborating with the project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements
