Summer Placement - Site Manager

We're looking for a Summer Placement Construction Manager to join our team based in Leeds.

Location: Leeds
Hours: 40 hours per week 
Salary: £27,976 pro rata
Start: September 2027

This is an exciting opportunity for a student seeking an 8-week summer placement to gain valuable hands-on experience, develop practical skills, and explore a potential future career in Construction Management. 

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects, on time and to the required quality. This exciting opportunity is designed for a recent graduate eager to launch a rewarding career in construction management. You'll have the chance to develop your skills whilst working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to supporting your growth and development.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Summer Placement Construction Manager, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering successful construction projects. 

Your day to day will include:

• Assisting in the overall management and coordination of construction projects from start to finish
• Supporting the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitoring project progress, including schedules, costs, and quality control measures
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution
• Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, safety logs, and material deliveries

• You hold a full UK driving licence
