Supervisor

We're looking for a Supervisor to join our team.

Location: Basingstoke and surrounding areas
Hours: - 40 hours a week Monday to Friday

We're seeking an experienced Supervisor to take responsibility for service delivery within a specified area of our customer's estate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service excellence.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Supervisor, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your day to day will include:

• Ensuring the planned preventative maintenance schedule is maintained to an optimum standard
• Developing and supporting engineers to ensure they have the correct skill set for reactive jobs and planned tasks
• Acting as the first point of contact for staff matters, including absence management and performance conversations
• Providing current estate status updates to the Contract Manager and customers as required
• Supporting the compilation of quotes and estimates for remedial and small works

This role of Supervisor is great for you if:

• You have a recognised professional NVQ qualification and experience in hard services
• You're a collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You have a strong understanding of relationship management and industry standard contracts
• You're motivated and passionate about customer service and service excellence
• You possess the ability to review processes and propose thoughtful solutions and improvements
