Supervisor

We're looking for a Supervisor (Plumber M&E Multi-skilled) to join our Manston team based in Kent.

Location: Manston, Kent 

Hours: 40 hours per week – 08:00–17:00 

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Supervisor, you'll be working within the Manston team, supporting them in delivering a customer-focused, cost-effective and efficient maintenance service.

Your day to day will include:

• Planning and prioritising PPM scheduling workload for engineers and supply chain
• Ensuring services are delivered in line with contract KPIs/SLAs
• Managing daily operations of the team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance
• Attending client meetings and communicating updates
• Ensuring all monthly reports and forms are completed and submitted

What are we looking for?

This role of Supervisor is great for you if:

• You have previous experience in a similar role within technical services/property maintenance/M&E
• You hold a full driving licence (does not need to be UK-specific)
• You have relevant industry qualifications or equivalent UK standard
• You are a good communicator with strong computer literacy
• You have knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation
