We're looking for a Team Leader to join our team working on our Ericsson contract that maintains the Telecommunications Infrastructure 

 

Location: Manchester - travel to surrounding areas. Company van provided  


Hours: 45 hours per week

 

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

 

What will you be responsible for?

 

As a Team Leader, you'll be working within our the Ericsson team, supporting them in maintaining and repairing telecommunication infrastructure.

 

 Your day to day will include:

  • Carrying out detailed tests, inspections, and condition surveys of mobile phone mast installations
  • Inspecting towers, poles, and fall arrest systems, as well as testing anchor points, earthing, and lightning protection systems
  • Producing reports and undertaking minor remedial tasks whilst ensuring all work is completed safely
  • Liaising with various stakeholders including site providers, client staff, and helpdesk administration
  • Maintaining records and assisting in the mentoring and development of site operatives

 

We will provide training for:

  • RF (Radio Frequency) Awareness and Safety
  • Advanced Climbing and Tower Rescue
  • First Aid at Height
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • NRSWA Unit 2
  • Rope Access
  • MEWP (mobile elevating work platforms)

  • You're willing to travel to different locations
