Traffic Management General Operative

We're looking for Traffic Management Operatives to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Norwich.

 

Location: Norwich

Hours: 45 hours per week on a rota basis Monday to Sunday, including nights and weekends 

 

In this role, you'll be working on the Anglian Water alliance, who maintain the water supply systems, repairs emergencies like water bursts and develops new ways to better service customers.

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Traffic Management Operative, you'll be supporting the team by helping us maintain the traffic service.

 

Your day to day will include:

  • The installation, maintenance and removal of multiple traffic management set ups
  • Pre-setting of road closures and advanced signage 
  • Working on a rota basis to cover nights, weekends and call outs 

What are we looking for?

This role of Traffic Management Operative is great for you if you hold:

  • Full driving licence
  • Lantra qualified M1/ M2 minimum
  • Ability to work away from home may be necessary for this job when needed (accommodation or allowance provided)
