Administrator
We're looking for an Administrator to join our Ericsson contract team based in Birmingham.
Location: Birmingham - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on start and end times available
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What will you be responsible for?
As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Ericsson, supporting them in undertaking desktop quality audits across multiple delivery streams in order to produce accurate and detailed reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Your day to day will include:
- Ensuring compliance with Kier internal audit regime
- Completing desktop quality audits on all operational activities.
- Desktop audits continually promoting a high standard of health and safety/technical Compliance
- Preparing reports in Excel and PowerBi for internal and external distribution.
- Ensuring compliance with client specified audit requirements.
What are we looking for?
This role of Administrator is great for you if:
- Have experience writing reports and using Excel
- Are able to interrogate audit data for errors and mistakes and conduct desktop auditing of on site operational reports
- Are able to see trends and merge data from multiple sources
