Administrator
We are looking for an Administrator to join our Kier Digital Services business. Location: Exeter
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
What will you be responsible for?
As Administrator you will be combining GIS responsibilities with customer service duties, supporting our clients and stakeholders. Digitising data into GIS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while also responding to customer inquiries and providing a high level of customer service.
Your day to day will include:
- Responding to and tracking inquiries in the ticketing system, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of first-line support requests, digitising asset data accurately onto Kier GIS systems and exporting data to various formats as needed
- Coordinating with utility companies, acquring essential asset data, following up on correspondence as necessary, providing extremely high accuracy of all data that you are a custodian of
- Assisting in the maintenance of GIS and asset data and offer support functions as required
- Enabling the capture of the location and condition of assets using various technologies and GPS tools
- Adhering to IMS (Integrated Management System) procedures, incorporating quality assurance measures
What are we looking for?
This role of Administrator is great for you if:
- Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel for data management tasks, along with ESRI ArcGIS and AGOL user knowledge
- Basic familiarity with automation or scripting for streamlining GIS data workflows, ability to build online web applications through AGOL.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously, experience with ticketing systems for tracking and managing support requests.
