Power BI Reporting Analyst
We're looking for a Power BI Reporting Analyst to join our HR People Analytics Team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required one day per week
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
What will you be responsible for?
As a Power BI Reporting Analyst, you'll be working within the People Analytics team, using people data to deliver actionable insights that enable better decision-making across the employee lifecycle.
Your day to day will include:
- Producing regular reports, insights, and data visualisations for senior stakeholders
- Developing automated reporting capability using HR data platforms and PowerBI
- Conducting data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Managing ad-hoc data and analytics requests from stakeholders
- Maintaining and improving the quality, governance, and accessibility of people data
What are we looking for?
This role of Power BI Reporting Analyst is great for you if:
- You have strong experience in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools, especially PowerBI
- You're confident working with large datasets, using tools such as Azure, Data Bricks, and advanced Excel
- You have knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs, and experience delivering HR management information
- You can translate complex technical data into simple, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
