Administrator

We're looking for an Administrator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team on the Anglian Water Alliance.

 

Location: Home based with occasional travel to the office required

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

This position requires regular participation in a standby rota, which includes nights and weekends. You wouldn't need to be actively working, but available on the phone with immediate access to your computer.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

 

What will you be responsible for?

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kier, working on our Alliance with Anglian Water and Clancy within the Utility Drawings Team. Utility Drawing is at the heart of our operations and as Administrator you will be producing utility drawings for the operational teams.

Your day to day will include:

  • Be the main point of contact for gangs onsite via phone and email who are having issues with plans
  • Investigating any issues by re-doing or re-uploading the plans as needed.
  • Meeting key business performance targets and ensuring excellent customer service

  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, strong prioritisation, and decision-making skills
  • Experience within a fast-paced role
