We're looking for an Administrator – Project to join our NRNN - Nuclear team based in Ipswich.

Location: Ipswich
Hours: Full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join our team as an Administrator – Project where you'll play a vital role in keeping our nuclear projects running smoothly. You'll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating administration services and managing the day-to-day running of project offices and facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and professional environment.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator – Project, you'll be working within the Office Services team, supporting them in delivering efficient administration and office management services. Your day to day will include:

  • Managing and maintaining project site offices, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
  • Coordinating project security, vetting applications, and visitor clearance procedures
  • Establishing and maintaining document control systems and administrative procedures
  • Supporting all project areas with administrative tasks and managing office consumables
  • Managing the project time and attendance system, plant register, and site asset register

What are we looking for?

This role of Administrator – Project is great for you if:

  • You're computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • You have experience with systems such as Causeway, ECM, and Kier Direct
  • You're organised and enjoy coordinating multiple tasks efficiently
  • You take health and safety seriously and lead by example
  • You're a great communicator who works well in a team environment
