Assistant Site Manager
We're looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join our Construction team based in Isle of Dogs.
Location: Isle of Dogs
Hours: 40 hours a week - Full time

What will you be responsible for?
As an Assistant Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering projects safely and on time. Your day to day will include:
• Assisting the Site Manager to coordinate resources and implement project plans for your assigned section
• Building positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Supporting site safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with Kier's SHE policies and procedures
• Managing and motivating site labour teams to achieve project goals
• Helping to ensure projects are delivered to the required quality while minimising costs
What are we looking for?
This role of Assistant Site Manager is great for you if:
• You hold a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card and Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification
• You have a qualification and/or experience working on operational construction projects
• You're working towards membership of a Professional Body
• You're a collaborative team player who communicates honestly and clearly
• You're focused on continuous improvement and delivering quality work
