We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

Location: Trinity School, Greater London
Hours: 48 Hours per week 

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead and coordinate our day-to-day cleaning operations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all building users, providing visible day-to-day supervision of the cleaning team and working closely with the Premises Manager to maintain consistently high standards and identify operational issues, resource requirements and areas for improvement..

What will you be responsible for?

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be working within the cleaning team, supporting them in delivering excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your day to day will include:

  • Managing daily cleaning operations and team supervision, allocating duties and ensuring all areas are adequately covered
  • Undertaking regular inspections and audits, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support team performance
  • Monitoring attendance and timekeeping, coordinating cover and preparing weekly timesheets
  • Managing cleaning stock and equipment, coordinating orders and reporting maintenance requirements
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety practices, promptly reporting any hazards, incidents or concerns

This role of Cleaning Supervisor is great for you if:

  • You have demonstrable cleaning experience with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • You have the ability to supervise, organise and motivate a team, allocating work effectively
  • You possess good communication skills and can confidently provide feedback and escalate issues appropriately
  • You have strong organisational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • You're committed to health and safety practices and can support your team to work safely
