Commercial Manager

We're looking for a Commercial Manager to join our West Burton team based in West Burton.

Location: West Burton
Hours: 45 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join us as a Commercial Manager to lead package proposals and delivery at STEP, working with the Kier Nuvia Joint Venture. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and providing value for money management. You'll play a key role in supporting our long-term presence at STEP, bringing your commercial expertise to help our team succeed.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Commercial Manager, you'll be working within the KNJV and ILIOS team, supporting them in delivering successful package proposals and project outcomes. Your day to day will include:

• Taking responsibility for all aspects of Turnover, Margin and Cash performance for Package Orders
• Leading the commercial team in developing Task Proposals and delivering Package Orders
• Producing monthly commercial reports and quarterly forecasts to demonstrate project health
• Overseeing subcontract procurement and supporting supply chain management
• Working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service and maximise commercial opportunities
