Commercial Manager
We're looking for a Commercial Manager to join our West Burton team based in West Burton.
Location: West Burton
Hours: 45 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Join us as a Commercial Manager to lead package proposals and delivery at STEP, working with the Kier Nuvia Joint Venture. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and providing value for money management. You'll play a key role in supporting our long-term presence at STEP, bringing your commercial expertise to help our team succeed.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Commercial Manager, you'll be working within the KNJV and ILIOS team, supporting them in delivering successful package proposals and project outcomes. Your day to day will include:
- Taking responsibility for all aspects of Turnover, Margin and Cash performance for Package Orders
- Leading the commercial team in developing Task Proposals and delivering Package Orders
- Producing monthly commercial reports and quarterly forecasts to demonstrate project health
- Overseeing subcontract procurement and supporting supply chain management
- Working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service and maximise commercial opportunities
